Directly supervised all staff in the China office and indirectly all staff in branch offices through the regional managers.
Implemented appropriate HR strategies to locate recruit and maintain a highly motivated workforce to fulfil the company objectives. Researched and implemented operational practices to ensure efficiency whilst maintaining a safe and motivating environment for all. Responsible for reporting profit and loss, setting pricing and revenue objectives – reporting to the Directors on a regular basis.

Planned and implemented a company structure which redefined communication procedures in order to drastically increase efficiency. Implementing organisational practices to ensure efficiency, safety and create a working environment for all. Management of staff totalling 45 including both Chinese and foreign nationalities. Reporting directly to the company owner in America.
Sales and Marketing Manager:
Resposible for forecasting sales and developing plans to meet monthly targets including the management and motivation of sales staff. Responsible for the development and deployment of a highly successful marketing plan. Greatly improved ROI through intelligent marketing practices including a total redesign of the main website which lead to vastly improved conversion ratios. Decided the direction for product development for 2006-07 including directing product design, communicating and negotiating with suppliers and deciding on a pricing strategy. Implementing many new marketing ideas and techniques including the use of a company blog and forum to reach both new and existing customers. Management of multiple search engine advertising accounts and several alternative ad-space accounts while always looking for new opportunities. During this time website traffic increased but more notably conversions increased at a greater ratio.
