II. POSITION DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: FTEC America Sales Manager

LOCATION: Chicago, IL, U.S.

REPORTING TO: FTEC America Sales Director

TEAM MEMBERS: 3

 

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist Sales Director to prepare and carry out FTEC America annual sales plan; fulfill sales targets.

2. Assist Sales Director to conduct industry and competitors survey over North America and help HQ to prepare Product Development Plan and Marketing Strategy.

3. Develop well known clients within the industry and develop new projects for key accounts.

4. Furnish annual and monthly sales forecast to Sales Director.

5. Maintain good customer relationship.

V. PRE-REQUISITES

1. Aged 25-45. Native American.

2. Bachelor degree or above. Discipline is not limited, but those of mechanical, electric and electronic engineering majors are preferred.

3. Minimum 2 year’s experiences in similar capacity with companies of medium or above scale and in fan/motor industry, having proven track record in executing sales targets. Former employment with well-known fan or motor brands such as Ziehl-Abegg, Ebm-papst, Rosenberg, SPAL automotive, Nidec, Regal Beloit is preferred.

4. Good understanding of electric motor and fan products and the HVACR industry.

5. Excellent capability in new accounts development and sales team management.

6. High identification with foreign companies’ corporate culture and good adaptability to cross-culture working environment.
