General Summary
Demonstrate a professional and business-like character, which is conductive to good employee/business relations. Evaluate the causes of defects and work toward its elimination. Be familiar with quality standards and able to make decision accordingly. Ensure effective and efficient teamwork between departments regarding personnel and equipment. Assist in goals and objectives of TS-16949. Assist in compliance of the LEAN concept.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Act as liaison between S** Suzhou and customers, other S** sister plants in global wise. Develop program mater timing and keep tracking through all launch phases.
Responsible for coordinating program progress with manufacturing, quality, purchasing and/or other departments to ensure components build/testing of any new job completed in a teamwork and timely manner.
Responsible for facilitating AIAG APQP in program management
Responsible for supervising engineering change per customer’s milestone.
Work with corporate personnel and departments in-house to solve issues that arise with design or process.
Work with suppliers to develop new and better techniques or packaging.
Evaluate causes of scrap root cause and reduction action plan.
Prepare status report and risk assessment of all on-going projects on weekly basis.
Comply with miscellaneous assignments as directed
Comply with EHS system’s requirements

Qualification
Bachelor degree or above (we won’t accept someone not finish the education now), at least 1 year’s program management experience in automobile industry
Excellent oral and written English skill
Strong interpersonal communications skills
Self-motivated with good business acumen
Must have good computer skills-Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Able to travel
