Currently expanding with more branches we seeking for a Operational manager to work in our branch near Hangzhou .
The right person for the job will have the following attributes:
At least 5 years experience as Restaurant Manager
Take great pride in their own work
Have a hardworking positive attitude
Be able to provide excellent training to your team
Have good spoken English (Chinese citizen)
Have immaculate presentation
Be looking for full time, long term employment
As the General Manager you will report into the business owners and be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the restaurant. You will ensure your team is well trained and motivated offering a friendly efficient service experience to our guests.
Working alongside the owners and the head chef you will also ensure that the business meets its financial targets and is consistently driven forward within a highly competitive market place.
