JOB DESCRIPTION:
Italian Restaurant general manager
Strong on well organized, open-minded, cost controlling, team working, good communication skills, good marketing, know Italian culture and food beverage, provide training to staffs accordingly, experienced at big events , parties, tea break ect..
Italian chef
Responsible for the efficient and successful operation of the kitchens. ; Plan and cost menus ; Maintain a hygienic kitchen ; Assist with the Planning and Implementation of Sales & Marketing Strategies. ;Counsel staff and prevent work related problems ; Implement staff performance appraisals ; Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met ; Deliver high quality service to guests
IF you have:
1. degree holder in Hotel , marketing,cooking or related majors
2. At least 3 years about related working experience.
3.fluent English or Italian
4.If you are foreigner,it is better to stay in shanghai or other city in china more than 2 years
We provide:
1.from RMB15000 to RMB30000 per month
2.If you are foreigner ,you will get return air tickets once one year ;If you are Chinese, you will get welfare set by the state
