Luxor Solar is a successful German company with around 50 employees, manufacturing and distributing innovative photovoltaic panels that are used to create electricity from sunlight.
Because of our growing team in Shanghai, we are looking for:
Team Assistant (male/female)
You will be located in our Shanghai-Office, Xujiahui.
Your main duties:
- Administration and Office Organisation
- Communication with suppliers, our legal advisor and bookkeeping agency
- Executing bank transactions
- Participation in projects and support of the procurement team

- Perfect in Chinese and English
- Structured and well-organized working style
- Open and communicative personality
- Solution orientated pro-active working style
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (Ecxel, Powerpoint, …)
