Client Admissions Officer
Job Introduction
The Client Admissions Officer is working from the Beijing office and is in charge of assessing, advising, qualifying and selecting overseas clients for our competitive China program.
Task and Responsibilities:
-Following up on inquiries from prospective clients;
-Conducting assessment interviews with prospective clients;
-Evaluating suitability of prospective clients for the programs;
-Selecting eligible clients for the programs;
-Scheduling in-depth interviews with HR Placement Officers;
-Guiding and assisting clients through the application, qualification, selection and payment processes;
-Working closely together with the HR Placement and Business Development teams to ensure high quality service.

Requirements:
-Background in Human Resource Management, Sales and/or Marketing;
-1-2 years of relevant work experience;
-Excellent command of spoken and written business English;
-Excellent verbal communication skills on the phone;
-Able to work independently and in a team;
-Great organizational and time-management skills;
-Patient, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and diligent.
