- Basic commercial/retail knowledgement in mainland China
- Good micro-soft skills, including but not limited PPT, excel, word etc. to carry out market survey and occupier survey
- High sense of leasing communication, intersection of retail, office, hotel, condominium and cultural elements
- Mandarin is valued
