职位描述: 
Main Responsibility:
1. Identify and receive Customer Service inquiries, pre-sales questions, and technical issues through telephone and email from end-users, store personnel, and Concierge.
2. Provide follow up service and fulfill callback requests through phone and email from end-users, store personnel, and Concierge.
3. Escalate customer complaints and outstanding issues to CSE and Team Leader.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely feedback and result to queries received.
5. Fulfill any projects or assignments given by immediate superior.
资历和要求: 
Qualification:
1. Applicant must be mature and professional with a strong commitment towards achieving goals set by the Company.
2. Applicant must have adequate exposure to customer service oriented work with a fine sense of organization, planning and have strong professional attitude towards co-workers.
3. Applicant must have good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with both internal and external customers.
4. Applicant must be fluent in both written and oral English.
5. Applicant must have good listening and probing skills to provide excellent service.
6. Applicant must be willing to work in shifting schedule and work on weekends/holidays.
7. Applicant must be proficient in using computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and other Microsoft Windows programs.
Job Requirement:
*Language: Native German speaking, and with good proficiency in English.
*Education: college or above.
*Work experience: At least two years of full-time working experience. (The original working certificate is needed for applying the work license in Beijing. It should be provided by the former company where you worked in with its signature of HR manager or above management staff.)
*Personality: Good communication skill, good customer service sense.
