Restaurant Manager
Our company is seeking highly motivated Restaurant Manager candidate to help drive our restaurant. We value a positive and flexible attitude, motivational leadership skills, and a commitment to meeting and/or exceeding financial goals! This is a highly responsible position involving management of all front of house operations, including staffing, scheduling, training and ongoing development of team members.
The successful candidate will be a leader with the ability to create a cohesive team with around 35 staff. He/she will possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, an eye for detail, and a strong commitment to total guest satisfaction. We want someone with integrity who is professional, experienced, and excited about working for a company that values quality and people.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years as a restaurant manager in full-service dining environment desired.
Experience as a manager required
College degree preferred
Ability to work in a corporate culture
Effective listening skills and ability to communicate tactfully to a variety of audiences
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Self-motivated and energetic
Computer-literate with ability to keyboard with demonstrated business writing skills
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Ability to hire, schedule, and staff for all front of house, office, maintenanceand janitorial positions
Training and development skills
Ensuring sanitation, safety and food quality
Administrative and human resource skills, including personnel file maintenance, compliance with employee laws, coaching and counseling, performance appraisals, and audits
Inventory and cost control knowledge and experience
Ability to effectively perform monthly forecasting of sales and guest counts and consistently meet financial goals
Ability to create and model an environment of Both-Win management and live the company values on a daily basis – including treating others with honesty, dignity, and respect
Contributes to the overall success and profitability of the company and delivers on the Company's Brand Promises.
