Operations Manager
A Premium Valet Dry Cleaning and Garment Care company is seeking an Operations Manager with responsibilities for office and personnel management, cost control, finance management and reporting.
HR Responsibilities
•Document and communicate office rules and procedures, particularly regarding compensation, holidays, scheduling, and other requirements of Chinese law.
•Support department managers (team leaders) with recruitment assistance to include postings, screening, and general orientation training to new staff.
Finance Responsibilities
•Payroll, bookkeeping and banking
•Accounts receivable collection
•Accounting according to Chinese legal requirement
•Short term cash flow management
•Balance sheet, P/L reporting
Office Management and Purchasing
•Pay bills, deal with utilities, landlords
•Set up purchase order system, and approve purchase orders within general framework definition.
•Source suppliers, negotiate and manage all suppliers
•Approve all factory costs and oversee payment terms with factories
