POSITION: Sales Manager, Asia, WhiteWater Attractions
LOCATION: Asia Region
DEPARTMENT: International Sales
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Sales
•Providing WhiteWater with professional sales and marketing advice and services
•Providing best efforts to obtain sales orders for products, goods and services and forwarding promptly to WhiteWater for approval
•Build and maintain a comprehensive territorial customer list maintained in the company CRM system.
•Develop presentations and proposals for the acquisition of new business growth
•Develop and maintain key customer relationships at a senior level
•Making periodic contact with all customers to ascertain customer satisfaction with WhiteWater products, goods or services
•Assisting with testing and fine tuning of the product and in the maintenance and service training provided for the benefit of the customer
Reporting
•With the VP Business Development prepare and maintain continuously up-to-date sales forecasts
•Maintain and keep up-to-date all key information in CRM
•Participate in regular update meetings with the VP Business Development
•Report quantitative and qualitative outcomes of assigned accounts
Internal
•Work with peers to develop cooperative supply/demand strategies for customers
•Participate in internal meetings, training and discussions as required
•Review delivery activity to stay abreast of successes and issues
•Act as regional Company “link” with customer groups ensuring effective use of industry “intelligence” and input into company solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Fluency in English — both verbal and written
•Fluency in Mandarin — both verbal and written
•Additional language skills are desirable
•A minimum of 5 years experience in international business
•Minimum of 3 years experience in the amusement/leisure industry preferred
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Architecture preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Proficiency using CRM software
•Ability to travel internationally and on a regular basis
•Must be legally eligible to work internationally
