We are seeking an internationally experienced Contract Human Resources Manager (with potential for Full Time) to assist with the Company’s growth and its staff development. Reporting to the CFO and COO of Motion Global you will be responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day implementation of our Human Resource strategy.





Your role will include:

- Being responsible for the complete Human Resource process from job placements, hiring, ongoing staff evaluation and talent management.

- Restructure the hiring and retention strategy and structure of the company focusing on hiring and retaining the best people.

- Using smart and proven strategies to recruit the best possible staff within a defined and sometimes challenging budget

- Hiring local and international staff in our IT, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations teams.

- Evaluating and maintaining staff relations

- Managing mentoring, staff development and training programs

资历和要求: 
The candidate will have the following competencies

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within an international setting.

- Strong skills in hiring and retention strategy and implementation

- Excellent can do attitude with a drive to work hard

- Understanding of what it takes to manage the full HR Management process in a fast growing international company

- Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others

- Very strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to generate new ideas and innovative HR policies

- Ability to jump-start projects from scratch

- High energy with proven ethical integrity

- Fluent in English;
