JD for Senior Designer
Responsibility:
1. Define website layout strategy, create original displays and digital design solutions for the E** programs.
2. Define design experience guidance which including visual & digital displays, system & logistic, from a customer purchase behaviors point of view (Display, Space, Branding, videos, pictures, Marketing activities.)
3. Work within team projects and work independently to complete the most technically challenging individual projects.
4. May lead projects, establish direction and advance projects by others on a per project basis.
5. To communicate and present design concepts to team/leader/Director and create presentation materials that effectively communicate vision and goals.

Requirements:
1. High level of visual design skill, deep understanding of User-Centered Design and business design principals, attach your best works by mail.
2. Proficient with major web and graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and etc.
3. Have a passion for design and knows how to use data continuously optimize design. Expertise of using visual language. Good at sharing and mentoring.
4. A good listener, communicator, seamless cooperates with all functions.
5. 4+ years visual design working experience in famous web-oriented company.
6. Skillful in using Photoshop, illustrator, Flash and related visual tool.
7. Strongly self-motivated.
8. College and above Degree in related Visual Design.
9. Fluent English skills.
