Monitor all accounts developing and operating status, set up Nokia Vis team (Nokia ems factory) sales target, sales tactics and profit target, risk management and critical incident handling. Lead all team members to develop towards right direction.
1/ Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
2/ Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
3/ Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
4/ Identify, develop a targeted list of key accounts
5/ Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold calls, networking, meetings, and etc.)
6/ Maintain customer satisfaction through strong Account Management and Implementation skills
7/ Participate actively in our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events)
8/ Act as an ambassador and role model for your business
