Are you ambitious, enterprising, and ready to launch your management career? Infostrada Sports is looking for a General Manager for its Data Services operation in China (Harbin, Heilongjiang province). The General Manager is responsible for an office with over 40 employees, working on one of the largest sports databases in the world.

The General Manager is in charge of day-to-day operations in the office. The main tasks include:
• Responsibility for financial and HR affairs
• Providing weekly updates to management in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands
• Maintaining a good working atmosphere to ensure each employee works to the best of their ability.
• Assisting the operational manager with setting out new tasks and improving/assisting in communications between Chinese and Dutch staff.
• Representing the company to clients and external parties.

资历和要求:

You are an excellent communicator with an understanding of Dutch/European and Chinese business culture. As the bridge between the offices in Harbin and Nieuwegein, you are able to deal with any cultural differences or language issues that arise. You have worked on your management skills during your studies or in the work place and have a background in business, HR or accounting. Affinity with sports is a plus.

Start date is July 2014, but can be negotiated. After several months of training and familiarisation with the company in our Nieuwegein office, you will move to Harbin, China. We are looking for candidates who are willing to commit for at least three years.
