Responsibilities To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Reporting to the Sales Manager;
• Work with the outside sales team and Senior consultants on sales opportunities;
• Communicate & coordinate with clients, vendors & suppliers to maximize each outcome;
• Work with vendors and distributors to source customer procurement options
• Account management, presales and consulting with clients about hardware/software/services needs;
• Placing orders with suppliers and updating clients;
• Maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally;
• First point of contact for all incoming enquiries;
• Perform lead generation activities as directed.
