Media company in Shanghai looking for Jr Web Developer
Job Description:
Work collaboratively with in-house team members to design, develop and maintain a number of the company’s Wordpress based websites.
Write quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, staying ahead of the market.
Support the creation of newsletters, as well as other promotional and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
At least 1.5 years web development experience.
PHP, CSS3, HTML5, Javascript/Jquery, LESS, Twitter Bootstrap.
Experience developing wordpress themes and plugins.
Expert knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator.
Experience with cross browser compatability and responsive design.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.
Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
Good command of written and spoken English, able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
