Responsibility:
1. Provide potential college students with constructive and effective counseling
2. Guide potential college students in planning and conducting effective self-improvement programs
3. Help college applicants in selecting schools, writing essays during the college application process
4. Help college applicants in preparing for the college interviews
5. Other college application related work
Requirement:
1. Good communication and presentation (English) skills
2. Enthusiasm in education counseling
3. Bachelor degrees from TOP30 American universities or Liberal Arts colleges
Or, Master (or above) degrees from TOP50 American Universities
4. Patient, Careful, Supportive; Good sense of teamwork
