Interior Designer Needed – Expatriates Needed
Office: Kunming city, the capital of Yunnan Province
Travel: not much
Responsibilities
1, responsible for the project early planning, design, optimization design, construction drawing handover;
2, participate in from the plan to the construction and later stage of soft decoration;
3, to participate in preject bidding, and introduce the design;
4, responsible for the completion of project on site coordination work.
Language ability:
Very good English ability, Chinese ability will be a big plus
Salary related:
Salary can be discussed , plus the design Commission, provide an annual round trip ticket, overseas insurance, visa fees, free accommodation, etc.

Requirements:
1 more than three years work experience in interior design;
2 has a project designing capacity;
3 have the management ability of drawing a full set of construction drawings;
4 independent site coordination ability, good organization and coordination ability;
5 can independently or in a team;
6 five Stars Hotel interior designing experience preferred.
7 Age 28 - 55
