General Description:
1.Management training and special management tasks.
2.Supporting achieving the production goals of quality, productivity, efficiency, machine utilization and manufacturing costs.
3.Plans, organizes and manages independently the overall activities.

资历和要求:

Equirements:
1.Male,Foreigner(preferably European, American or Canada) living in China.
2.Bachelor or above, background in polymer science engineering, or management.
3.At least five years working experience in production industry.3+ year's managerial experience.
4.Strong leadership, with the mindset to work hands on, a good people manager & coacher.
5.Accept innovation and work.
6.Familiar with lean production system.
7.Mature, well trained in management S.O.P.
8.Strong personal presence, maturity and the credibility.
9.Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
10.Excellent English knowledge.
