Sales Director - China

A publishing house is looking for a Sales Director to help drive forward along their path of growth., the successful candidate is required to station in Shanghai.

The Sales Director would be expected to lead from the front, using their excellent relationship management and networking ability to crate new relationships at the most senior level and elevate existing ones.

To be successful in this position you will need to be an exceptional people manager. You must also have sharp digital/Print sales ability ,as part of your responsibilities will include maximising profits across all platforms.

· High level ability to sell complex digital / print concepts

· Sales planning, reporting and forecasting

· New business development

· Inspirational and motivational skills

· Experience selling to media buying agencies and luxuRy brands

· Proven track record in selling to large organizations at CEO / MD level

· A strong black book of senior level contacts across media agencies and brands directly
