Job description:
1）Fully responsible for the day to day running of and leading the team in a busy, high volume kitchen

2）Work alongside the Restaurant Manager in delivering a consistent, quality service.

3）Manage and train all kitchen staff as well as kitchen operations.

4）The Chef will adhere to all relevant hygiene and health and safety practices.

5）The Chef must have the ability to cope under pressure

6）Responsible for creating a Italian style menu

1）Must possess work visa required documents, such as a degree or diploma , non-criminal record , take health check before start

2）3 years kitchen experience working as a Chef is required
