Job Title: International Sales Department Manager

Job responsibilities
1/ In charge of the overall management of International Sales Department, led the staff to accomplish the company's annual sales target and other sales target;
2/ Responsible for the International sales policy of the department, report to the GM, then implement.
3/ Develop the international market, to increase the market share of our product and service;
4/ Responsible for the building and development of sales team, ensure the achievement of the sales target;
5/ Responsible for the annual cost plan
6/ participate in the company's other major sales project negotiations;
7/ organizing international staff training and assessment
8/ Other work assigned by the general manager

Qualification
1/ clinical medicine or related professional background, college degree or above, fluent in English speaking and writing
2/ Familiar with the North American & European business and culture;
3/ have more than 3 years sales experience in the international medical (medicine) market, more than 2 years of international sales team management experience;
4/ with a strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability and good interpersonal communication & coordination ability, the ability to analyze and solve problems;
5/ with experience in internet promotion
6/ desire to success, and with good leadership ability
