职位描述:

1. According to the marketing strategy of company marketing mix strategy and marketing plan, to achieve sales group tasks and goals;
2. And decompose the sales group sales target and plan, regularly to the sales team performance and market analysis, timely adjustment of marketing strategies and methods;
3. Responsible for sales team performance supervision and examination, cooperate to carry out the promotion activities, control the sales team of marketing, completes the team all the records and reports;
4. Actively expand sales channels, to participate in the activities of key public relations, the promotion company collaboration;
5. Lead the team to take an active part in training and team of the company's own training, familiar with products, services, and the policy and system;
6. The business meeting regularly and irregularly, constantly improve work method to raise work efficiency, improve performance;
7. With the international business team.

资历和要求:

Qualification of description:
1. The above 28 years old, college degree or above, independently lead the sales team and create sales, niche product marketing and sales experience;
2. In the high-end market channel resources, channel development and marketing activities to develop construction experience;
3. Understand the sales mode of modern management structure and management culture; Have strong ability of resource integration;
4. Be familiar with marketing work each link, with strong market development, organization, coordination, control ability and the team bonding force.
