Job description:
1/ Build customer database and daily update;
2/ Cooperate with the regional sales manager to find potential clients;
3/ maintenance the existing customer relationship ;
4/ market research data analysis, and report to regional sales manager;
5/ respond to customer needs quickly;
6/ other tasks from the regional sales manager;
7/ report to area sales manage;
8/ customer visit and feedback tracking.

Requirements:
1/ Come from Western countries, very good English language ability, German most welcome, age 30-40 years old.
2/ Education: civil engineering or construction related, bachelor degree or above;
3/ at least 2 years’ sales or marketing experience;
4/ very good business English speaking and writing ability;
5/ the second language is German, French or Spanish preferred;
6/ cheerful and active, good at communication;
7/ have the ability and desire on business development work
