1、Set up proper product development plan as per business & strategy request, be responsible to work with various internal & external teams to carry them out.
2、Be responsible to establish & continual improvement on the company / sales presentation for customer & product introduction. Standardize the product introduction for sales team.
3、Be in charge of the product displays in the show room & fairs. Work with designers for fair booth designs.
4、Assist to set up sales & marketing strategy, collect market information from various resources, to ensure the competitiveness of the product worldwide.
5、Regular communicate with customers, include customer visiting & meeting, to get customer feedback so to propose correct customized new product & development plan, work with Sales / Customer Service & Customers to ensure the plan will be implemented.
6、Travel in China or out of China to see market / fair.

1、Bachelor degree or above. Major in marketing.
2、> 5 years working experience in marketing. Experience in FMCG business or a manufacturing industry in a plus.
3、Very good English communication is a must, both in writing and speaking.
4、Strong interpersonal skill. Good presentation and understanding skill.
5、Very much willing to learn new things.
6、European or American nationality is preferred.
