职位描述:

Recruiting foreign staff/Project Specialist: Two staff

Post Requirements:
1.According to the needs of immigration market, develop and supplement the immigration projects in time and participate in the feasibility study of company’s new projects.
2.After approved by the investigation of project group, sort out the related materials based on the project. (Include the project introduction, project procedures, charge, file lists, contract of customers and Q&A, etc.)
3.In charge of the project training to sales department, as well as communicating with the project partner timely about the questions of sales department.

Job Requirements:
1.Have strong learning capacity; bear great work pressure; enthusiatic and active towards work; have strong power of execution; love the consulting cause refered to foreign affiars.
2.Good communication ability in Chinese and English; be good at communicating with other people with strong negotiation and training capacity.
3.Communicate with foreign lawyers and sort the related immigration materials in accordance with the guidance of lawyers.

Channel Specialist: Two staff
1.In charge of channel marketing and promotion; improve brand image of corporation through effective means; stimulate and promote the local sales.
2.Put forward the promotion strategies of market channel and submit a detailed plan and rational proposals with the company’s sales objectives.
3.Cooperate with cooperative agencies (Partners: local immigration companies) on behalf of our company.
4.Handle project development and maintenance work in the emergency operations.
5.Actively find out problems and report, solve them; communicate with the leader and team members effectively; assist the channel departments to sovle the difficulities in marketing promotion.
6.Maintain the relationship with cooperative companies: supervise the maintenance work of the partner companies; find out the problems and communicate with them effectively; provide the following services and assistance to partner companies (Including but not limited to):
1)Project trainning assistance
2)Meeting assistance
3)Client negotiation assistance
4)Q&A relating to projects
Enhance the promotion and contract signing of partner companies.
7.Provide effective assistance about department’s business trip; arrange and supervise the person who are in business trip.
8.Supervise the internal operation of the department; guide and train team members.

Job Requirements:
1.Be proficient of language ability. ( English or Korean)
2.Have the attitude of earnest and hardworking; projects training in the first period.
3.Have no problem with going on a business trip.
4.Be responsible for the partner companies and channel department in order to achieve the win-win situation.
5.Guide patiently and have considerate training to partner companies.
