岗位职责
1. Work closely with reservoir engineers in preparing completion design and perforation strategies to optimize reserves 与油藏工程师共同准备完井设计和打孔策略是油藏量最优化
2. Guide and support technical team the day-to-day operation 指导和协作技术团队每天的运行
3. Review and find new opportunity in mature field to improve field production 在充分利用的旷野上重新评估并寻找新的机会来提高原野上的油产量
4. Propose any work over necessity with economic consideration 倡导任何超过任何经济考虑必要性的工作
5. Ensure well integrity, surveillance and intervention activities 确保良好的信用,监督和介入的活动
6. Supervise and coach junior reservoir engineers in monitoring and production optimization 在监测和生产最优化方面监督和教导初级油藏工程师
7. Review field development plan (FDP) of each existing project 回顾每一个现存项目的原野开发计划
8. Investigate well testing results 调查井测结果
9. Conduct VLP, IPR analysis for wells 指导井方面的VLP和IPR分析

总工作年限：5年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
1. Petroleum engineering bachelor or master
石油工程专业学士或硕士学历
2. 5+ years working experience in production engineering
五年以上生产工程方面的工作经验
3. Understand drilling, completion, work over, maintenance, stimulation, abandon on site operation workflow and familiar with the down hole daily operation data, wellbore equipment data, daily cost data and cement data etc.
了解钻井，完井，增产，修井等现场工作流程，熟悉井下作业班报，井筒数据，每天的成本数据和泥浆数据等
4. Good oral English will be a plus
