1. Corporate Membership Program
Contact potential new members to introduce the brand and seek cross-collaboration opportunities
Follow-up on requests from existing clients
Supervise the processing of membership cards
Supervise and maintain the membership database
In coordination with the Client Relations Manager and the Marketing Manager, supervise Client Relations team members who have been assigned to sales and membership activities for secondary target markets (i.e. French or Japanese communities)
Set-up strategic alliances with important partners in the market to reach new potential members. I.e.: 999, travel agencies, real estate and relocation companies, insurance companies, etc.
Carry out hospital tours for potential members and general visitors
Act as the primary source of contact for corporate client complaints, liaising with relevant departments for solutions and facilitating appropriate responses
2. Events
Help to mediate between clients and events support staff to meet client event requests
Work closely with the general marketing team to prepare and follow an annual events calendar, adding new events as possibilities arise
Initiate and coordinate new event and marketing opportunities on an ongoing basis
Coordinate with the general marketing team to prepare and distribute information about upcoming sales events to members and the general public
Develop and participate in sponsorship opportunities in the expatriate community. I.e. first aid booths at sporting events
Attend all marketing events, even when outside of regular working hours
Coordinate event schedules, communicating personnel needs to the Marketing Manager in a timely fashion
Delegate duties and supervise event team members before and during events
With the input from event team members, compile comprehensive and concise event summaries after each event, highlighting successes and areas for future improvement
Oversee the organization and procurement of supplies, logistics, etc. required for events
3. Branding
Work in close collaboration with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager to develop relevant marketing and events materials
Communicate new branding/service opportunities to the Marketing Manager as they arise
Be a “brand ambassador” at all events and when meeting members of the public
Ensure all Oasis materials exhibited or used for marketing activities are displayed in a professional and aesthetically pleasing manner
4. Finance
Adhere to the marketing budget and help the Marketing Manager to develop appropriate spending plans for future budgets
Clearly document costs and spending for all sales activities, including securing and filing of all invoices/receipts
Work with the marketing team to find cost-effective sources and solutions for marketing materials and services
5. Administrative
Provide ongoing research and summaries of competitors
Create PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, events and general promotions
Collaborate across all departments to strengthen services and the brand on the whole
Relay relevant client feedback to other departments and supervisors.
Position Requirements:
1. Skills
Ability to plan and execute corporate marketing strategies
Strong sales abilities and interpersonal skills
Excellent event planning skills
Understanding of international standard healthcare and terminology
Knowledge of logistics and ordering protocol
Proficient in collecting, summarizing and utilizing market research
Positive attitude towards general sales activities. I.e.: traveling, cold calling, public speaking, customer relations, etc.
Team player who is also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks
Proven abilities in delegation and team management
Flexible schedule
2. Education
Bachelor’s (university) degree or higher
3. Experience
Minimum three years of sales experience in Key Account Management
