Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment, training, promotion and leaving modules, promote human resources project planning and implementation, in order to achieve short, medium and long-term development strategy , and to improve the quality and effectiveness of human resources.
2. Make human resource development policies, ideas and strategies
3. Develop and maintain human resource system, and make it known by any employees, and the managers
4. Manage subordinates about 10

Requirements:
1/ university degree or above, about 40 years old
2/ More than two or three years experience - human resources manager or director title in factory
3/ good human resources profession
4/ logical thinking / planning consolidation / strong communication skills
5/ have work experience in Vietnam is a plus
6/ good Chinese and English ability
