岗位职责:
1、开发海外市场、参加国内外展会;收集项目信息、市场信息
2、跟踪海外项目、并提供符合业主需要的产品及服务
3、针对项目技术问题与客户达成一致意见
4、汇报、讨论、制定销售的目标,具体项目方案的实施策划
5、项目款项的回收交付,并协助财务部完成相关手续
6、能够主动地发现客户的需求,不断地改进产品和服务来满足客户的需求
7、合同报价及合同签订
8、品质等满意度反馈
Job responsibilities
1, Develop the overseas markets, participate in domestic and international exhibition, collect project and market information.
2, Track overseas projects, provide products and services that meet the needs of the owners.
3, Make agreement with customers about technical parts.
4, Report, discuss and formulate sales targets. Implement and follow up the project.
5, Get the project payment back and assist the financial department to complete the relevant procedures.
6, Respond to the customers’ needs actively and improve the products and services to meet customer needs.
7, Make quotation and sign contract
8, Get feedback from the customer about the quality, service and so on.
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,25~45岁,男女不限,英语口语流利
2、具备5年以上销售经验,3年以上国际销售经验
3、具有国际市场开拓、业务开发、关系维护等经验
4、具优秀的商务谈判能力、公关及应酬能力,熟悉商务礼仪
5、了解出口相关政策,熟悉国际贸易、海关出口流程
6、有敏锐的市场观察力、分析力、判断力
7、能独立完成售前、售中、售后工作
8、有工程管理或工程销售经验者优先
Qualification:
1, Bachelor degree or above. Male or female from 25 to 45 years old who is fluent in spoken English.
2, More than 5 years’ sales experiences and 3 years’ experiences for international sales
3, Have international market development, business development and relationship maintenance experience.
4, Have excellent business negotiation skills, public relations, social skills and familiar with business etiquette
5, Familiar with the export related policies, international trade and customs export process.
6, Own acute market observation, analysis and judgment sense.
7, Complete pre-sale, sale, after sale work independently.
8,The person who has engineering management or engineering sales experience is preferred
