Duties and responsibility
- Maintain property database
- Help proof-read publications, consulting report written in English
- Conduct qualitative research, market presentation
- Write publications& white paper and consulting report
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker, Mandarin skills a plus.
- A Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate or other related disciplines (Master Degree preferred)
- Prefer 1-2 years research experience in a related or similar field (influence on the employment permit)
- Logical thinking with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Strong English writing skills
- Quantitative/analytical skills
- Critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to apply logic
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced work environment
- Competence in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
