MERCHANDISER MANAGER: SPANISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED

The Merchandiser will be in charge of dealing with the Quality Control /Purchasing /Merchandising part of one of Egglaston Customers production Lingerie Orders. The candidate will work for the Merchandiser Manager in charge of this Customer and with the Customer Production Manager in Spain. This merchandiser will be the main person who will deal with the customer for all Orders matters.
The Merchandiser will be responsible to provide a good service to customer understanding and confirming all customer requirements-needs and ensuring that agreements with the customer are met in terms of quality, price and time.
-The Merchandiser will be in charge of providing the right service to customer and to the Egglaston Teams in the factories where goods are produced.He/she will be in charge of coordinating and explain properly all sort of customer requirements to Egglaston Team members and suppliers involved in the process.
-The candidate should be able to learn all main aspects in regards to lingerie products at a similar level to manufacturers.This job has a technical part which has to be learnt by the Merchandiser.
-Production Quality will be carried by a Team of Quality Control for which the Merchandiser will have to assist the Merchandising Manager in the management of this team.
-Should have at least 2 years working experience managing customer orders following up orders with customers and factories.
-Should be willing to travel to factories occasionally.
-Excellent at building relationships with his/her team colleagues and others.
-Working experience preferably in the manufacturing industry in textile
-Preferably with a University degree or similar.
-Should have good communications skills
-Should be able to work fluently in Spanish and in English. The Spanish language has to be spoken at TOP level.
-Should have a good command of English writing.
Salary is subject to the candidate experience and abilities to show a good performance.

Currently, we have a portfolio of foreign customers, leaders in the underwear market. We act as their sourcing-purchasing, production and quality control office in China.
Besides, we are implementing a new project in the underwear industry at this moment. We have an agreement with a leading underwear brand from Europe to distribute its products in Several Countries included China.
