Job description:
1. According to customer requirements, design the core concept of the whole project and the project overall framework, and make creative proposal to the customer, on behalf of the company.
2. Grasp the creative direction, balance the idea of planning team, motivate team members to produce creative ideas, improve the creative level of the company as a whole;
3. Cooperate with design department, execution department and clients, review the feasibility of the creative strategy and final implementation effect; To coordinate the collaboration between planning department and other departments;
4. Management of comprehensive planning department, pay attention to cultural construction and team atmosphere;
5. Establish evaluation mechanism, be responsible for training and examination of subordinate staffs.
6. To cooperate with the company's internal operations, help the company to achieve business objectives;
7. To finish other tasks assigned by the company.

Job requirements:
1/ 8 years related (PR, advertising, events, etc) experience and independent customer service experience, 3 years+ large-scale activities experience for high-end car companies, management experience on such job position.
2/ with abundant knowledge and experience In the advertising/pr/activities industry, have independent strategy, planning and execution ability, have rich project experience;
3/ have good communication and leadership skills, can arouse the enthusiasm of the team, can train the team.
4/ have outstanding writing ability
5/ familiar with PR company operation mode and the customer service processes and styles, have success cases;
6/ with high work enthusiasm, be proactive, can work under pressure.
7/ good English reading, speaking, listening, writing ability;
8/ Familiar with relevant regulations and laws.
