Job Responsibilities
1, Assist the chairman to deal with all kinds of daily internal and external affairs.
2, Responsible for external communication, public relations maintenance, media reception, make meeting minutes, memos and other documents.
3, Responsible for liaison, chairman of the board of directors for overseas work instructions, drafting letters, speeches, reports assigned by the chairman and other kinds of files, translation of documents.
4, Follow up the meeting decisions, and supervise and make sure the progress, provide information feedback timely;
5.Long-term domestic and foreign traveling on business.
Job requirements:
1. The foreign, 25-35 years old, height 165 cm or more; Good image and characteristic, understand business etiquette;
2. Proficiency in Chines, meet the needs of the daily and business; To be able to use German, French in business communication is preferred
3. More than 1 year working experience in the Chinese executive assistant;
4. Can accept the schedule of work of the chairman, accept the long-term business travel.
