Major responsibilities:
The primary role of this person is to find new clients
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Client Retention
Add Deals and Agreement in Bitrix, and help BDM to negotiate with other departments and clients.
岗位职责:
- 潜在客户信息收集;
-进行渠道开发和业务拓展,通过电话营销寻找有意向客户;
- 通过沟通了解客户需求,主动寻求销售机会;
- 开发新客户,维护老客户,建立完善的客户信息登记;
-执行电话营销项目,完成销售指标;
- 负责行业销售目标及管理目标的达成;
- 协助上司完成特定的项目任务。
Requirements:
Fluency in English.
Good ability for online searching.
Great communication skills on the phone.
Good paper work experience.
Better to have BD or sales background.
任职要求:
-口齿清晰,普通话标准,英文较好;
- 较强的应变能力,能够承受工作压力;
- 具备一定的团队合作精神和较强的学习能力;
- 两年以上工作经验;
-有销售经验者优先。
