- development of the existing sales system
- execution of direct sales, client searching, presentation of products and services
- completion of the plan and sales analysis
- realization of the plan to increase sales volume

- background in direct sales
- knowledge of Chinese - preferably fluent
- knowledge of Russian - upper-intermediate
- background in cosmetology or medicine is welcome, but isn't obligatory
- advanced PC user
- communication skills, proficiency, leadership skills
