Now we’re looking for a Europe Sales Manager, will work in Shenzhen for about half a year, if you’re good enough, you can work in Europe in near future.
Responsibility:
1/ The formulation and implementation of team sales plan；
2/Responsible for the development and management of large customers.
3/Establish good relationship with major customers and establish complete customer profile
4/Manage the sales staff, develop and train the sales team.
5/To conduct a comprehensive analysis of potential customers, mining user needs
6/Understand the industry trends, grasp the latest sales information, to provide the basis for the company to develop sales strategy

Requirement：
1/ More than 3 years sales experience in sales manager
2/ Proven ability to meet & exceed sales targets.
3/ Excellent communication skills.
4/Ability to work on own and initiate all sales activities within region.
5/Ability to coordinate multiple activities within a large organization with several locations.
6/Personal accountability, strong time management skills and results oriented.
7/ High level of integrity and trust.
