Position: Business & BD Manager (Europe-America market department, and Japanese company market)

Our office is in Suzhou (a well- known tourism city near Shanghai)
Job Description:
1/ Construction market development of European and American companies, or Japanese companies in China
2/ Contacting and business negotiation with foreign clients, understand clients’ needs, market information collection, new business channels build up
3/ Construction projects related coordination, management and follow up
4/ Responsible for Europe-America (or Japanese company) department policy establishment and execution, team management and training

Requirements:
1/ Many years’ work experience in construction industry BD and project management
2/ Work experience: Over 6 years
3/ Age: 30-60
4/ Those from European country or US, or Japan preferred
5/ Good Marketing and BD experience and skills, good communication ability
Salary: RMB 22,000 monthly and sales commission
Benefit and welfare: Apartment provided (1-2 room with full set of home appliances)
Working lunch provided
Round trip ticket once a year
Working time: 8:30-17:30, lunch time 12:00-13:30
