Our History
2003, June: S&&T is founded, located in the Huangpu district of Shanghai.
2005: March: Z&&T’s first manufacturing base is open in Jingjiang (Jiangsu province).
2006: December: Signature between Technip, MOC Olefins Company, and Z&&T of a contract to provide a complete set of cracking furnaces.
2007: July: Opening of the new factory in Jingjiang, Z&&T (Jingjiang) is founded.
2008: December: Successful completion of the MOC project.
2009: April: Z&&T is appointed exclusive petrochemicals equipment supplier for international projects by Sinopec Engineering.
July: An additional manufacturing base is inaugurated in Z&&T (Jingjiang) location.
2011: The TITAN project is completed in Malaysia, a reformer designed, manufactured and installed by a consortium of Chinese companies.
2012: Supeship is founded as a joint venture between Z&&T and the Yangzi Shipyard. At the same time, the company is refounded with a new name, ZRSZ.
2013: A strategic collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences is set up.
2014: ZRSZ HongKong founded as a window for international business.

Responsibilities:
1 leading the establishment and implementation of the products quality system;
2 fully responsible for the quality of the company's manufacturing plants, responsible for the final quality of the product;
3 guide the preparation of process flow, the establishment of the process of the technical standards, the preparation of quality inspection standards;
4 responsible for the company's product manufacturing process quality supervision, responsible for the various technical problems in the production process, to meet customer requirements, and comply with the technical standards;
5 participate in production training and technical guidance, improve the technical level;
6 supervise the daily work of quality inspection to ensure the quality of the products meet industry standards;
7 responsible for the monthly quality summary, statistics and analysis
8 directing the manufacturing plant to deal with the quality problems
9 coordinate the internal quality of production units, and external suppliers
10 other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications:
1 Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical machinery or related is preferred;
2 At least 8 years experience in quality management of petrochemical equipment, with at least 3 years working experience in the same position;
3 proficient in petrochemical equipment manufacturing process, and can be used to improve the process;
4 familiar with ISO9000 quality management system and ISO14000 environmental management system standards, proficient in 6S management, and can be used in the field management very well;
5 proficient in petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry standards.
