Job Title: Chief R&D Engineer

Duty of work:
1. Assist R&D director to operate overall operation and management of product hardware and software design and development;
2. Dominating electronic product development and R&D management system construction;
3. Be responsible for the decomposition, design, planning and evaluation of hardware and software development scheme
4. Supervising and monitoring product development process quality and reliability;
5. Assist R&D director to supervise and manage the tracking of technical platform programming and construction of technical standard system and R&D knowledge base system;
6. Assist the work of R&D team construction.

Job qualification：
1. Full time bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, computer communications, electronics and other science and engineering;
2. Have R&D experience in automation instruments and meters, or sensors
3. At least 10 years working experience in apparatus and related work in electronics industry, at least 5 years working experience in electronic product development and management;
4. Be proficient in electronic circuits and electronic components, be proficient and good at product development hardware and software and architecture; over 5 years experience in electronic product development as chief engineer, be able to design software and hardware architecture and logical relationship independently;
5. Be proficient in product development process management and establishment of technical standards platform.
6. Good command of English, strong communication skills and execution skills, strong express ability and learning ability.
