Office Assistant Needed
A position has come available for an office assistant at an expanding foreign company based in Shanghai. This company is primarily focused on providing services to the Pharmaceutical industry (both MNC's and Local Manufacturers).
Your role would primarily focus on helping the business development side of the business.
Candidates should possess the following:
Qualification:
•Relevant bachelor degree
•Proficient English both in Writing/Speaking
•Excellent GPA is preferable.
•Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and its production environment
•CET-4 and CET-6 qualification
•Good leadership is preferable
Other Requirements:
•Accountable for results with proactive attitude
•Creative, self-motivated, actively participate in specific initiatives and promote positive company culture
•Open-minded and ready for change
•Cooperate and collaborate with business partners with good teamwork spirit
•Continuously improve and learning skill
•Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
•Detail-oriented with good planning and organizing skill
•Provide high quality solution for customer and work in an efficient and timely manner
