K12 teachers are the key members of our team to deliver high quality of education to our students.
Responsibilities:
-Instructing students age 12-16 in the K12 Education program
-Utilizing creative, interactive speaking listening activities that engage students
-Classroom management
-Developing lesson plans and contributing to existing curriculum
-Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
-Speaks English at an idiomatic level
-A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years post-graduate work experience is required.
Master degree or above is preferred, teaching experience of teenagers age 12-16 is preferred.
-Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) is required
-Experience of teaching K12 is preferred.
-Able to teach American Literature & World history or Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics at middle school level)
-Understanding or willing to learn Chinese culture (information will be provided through group meeting)
-Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes.
-Easy-going personality
-English language with neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
-Hourly rate 250RMB, 60-120 teaching hours per month depends on subject of teaching
-Hourly rate review every 6 months with pay rate increase evaluation
-Air ticket allowance 3000RMB one way
-Accommodation allowance up to 2000RMB/month
-Annual leave
-Chinese Holiday leave
-Health insurance
