Shenzhen Milan Creative Fashion Design Academy and Shenzhen Milan Fashion Design Training Center Co.,Ltd, a professional Fashion Design and Jewelry Design training academy in China, are aimed to build the biggest fashion Industrial platform in China that assists students to develop their high-end fashion brand. Our designers attended the London Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week of 2015 Autumn&Winter, 2016 Spring&Summer and 2017 Autumn&Winter. It is our persistent efforts that we provide our designers and students with funds and technology supports to the world fashion circle. So you should have following professional abilities, if you are interested in joining our fashion design teaching team.

资历和要求:

1、希望您能走上讲台，能从容自如地讲课，因此，需要您有出色的英语口语表达和沟通能力。
1. A proper class teaching with fluent English expressions and communications in front of students.
2、作为服装设计讲师，您首先必须具备出色的绘画能力，这是您担任服装设计讲师的前提条件。
2. Outstanding drawing skills are necessary as a fashion design lecturer, which is also a precondition.
3、因为我们正在进行服装原创品牌的孵化教学培训工作，因此，您必须在服装设计方面相当出色，能担任我们服装设计课程的教学，
3. As we are doing original fashion brand training, you have to be very good in fashion design and capable of teaching our fashion design courses.
4、除了上述能力外，您在立体裁剪、打版方面还必须能自己独立操作，假如以后交给您的设计任务，在裁剪打版方面您交给其他同事完成，将会影响到您的月收入。
4. In addition to above skills, you also need to do draping and drafting independently. If you ask others to help, your wage would get influenced.

薪水和福利:

Salary and Welfare:
1. 10000RMB--20000RMB(depending on abilities) after-tax and bonus.
2. 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, in total 40 hours.
3.Annual vacation with full year of work and applying for reimbursement of plane tickets( round-trip)
4.Helping to apply Working Visa and Residence Permit. Signing 2- year working contract.

Milan Creative is an education administration cooperated with Istituto Di Moda Burgo, Milan Creative is aimed at cultivating the elites of fashion design. The academy use the way in which Italy applies in fashion education for reference, condensing the long fashion design process into high-efficient, professional short-term education, serving as the precedent in fashion education in China. Milan Creative encompass all the fields involved in fashion world, such as fashion design, couture, marketing, product supervising, fashion & media, etc. The most up-to-date curriculum of fashion pour new energy into the Chinese fashion market. The Fashion Design Course, Dressmaking Course, Wedding Design Course, Children’s wear Course, Jewelry Design Course, Underwear & Swimsuit Design Course, Fashion Illustration Course , Accessory Design Course, Interior Design Course, are consistent with those of the EMSOD, Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, ISTITUTO MARANGONI, Parsons School of Design. The designers from British, France, Italy, America will be the teachers in the whole process, this making the art students’ getting admitted into world-class fashion academy possible.
