Senior Recruiting Manager (Beijing)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving team and personal objectives;
2. Supervise and evaluate team member's performance;
3. In charge of internal process optimization; tasks allocation; schedule management;
4. In charge of team training and problem solving;
5. In charge of project feasibility analysis;
6. In charge of extending oversea resources and channels
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 3 year working experience in recruiting field; and with headhunting experiences is
preferred;
3. Good project management skill;
4. Excellent management & leadership skill are must;
5. Native English speaker is preferred; or can use English as working language very well;
6. Multi-task oriented, hard-working person with outstanding learning ability;
7. Able to work under pressure;
8. Good team player
