Restaurant MANAGER(URGENT)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and high caliber candidate to fill the position of Restaurant Manager.
•Serveral years experience in F&B Mgmt is essential, with at least a few years in China
•Fully experienced in staff training and operation management, stock control, guest relations, etc.;
•To make good planning on costing, sales, menu, inventory, marketing, promotion, etc.;
•Good leadership in coordinating staff and kitchen side, to ensure smooth operation of the whole restaurant;
•Proficiency in English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;
•Knowledge in Wine;
•Energetic, creative, sociable and aggressive.
•Can work under pressure.
