Recruiting specialist
Job Responsibilities
1.Well communicate with business and maintain good relations with hiring managers.
2.Coach and advise HR assistant to deliver recruiting assignments.
3.Design hiring strategies according to the business needs and make specific plan and budgeting.
4.Control and track all hiring process metrics and make sure all hiring tasks well completed timely.
5.Fully support the recruiting of all level positions including requirements collecting, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiating and on-boarding operations as wished, especially providing valuable advices and comments to business if needed.
6.Complete all kinds of recruiting report and data analysis.
7.Optimize recruiting process and policies to reach the best practice and achieve the better effectiveness recruiting.
8.Co-work with other HR function to implement all HR activities.
9.Develop new talent resources and channels and continue to improve recruiting branding/reputation.
10.Coordinate in all kinds of staffing programs.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree and good English in both oral and written.
2.At least 3 years experience in recruitment/Staffing.
3.Quick learner, good communication skills and service sense.
4.Confident and active to reach out for all kinds of resources.
5.Cooperative and mature enough to work independently.
6.Passionate and result-oriented
7.Have the “can do” attitude
