PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1- According to the company's domestic or overseas investment orientation and standards, and responsible for finding, screening and stockpiling quality investment projects;
2- Participated in project due diligence, transaction structure design, financial model construction, contract terms negotiation, and wrote investment analysis report, etc.;
3- Assisted in project approval, review and other decision-making processes, and carried out specific implementation of projects that passed investment decisions;
4- Conducted industry analysis on the funds management and equipment manufacturing of project investment, and wrote analysis reports;

资历和要求:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master or PHD
- Financial Major, and with CFA Level 3 is better
- More than 5 years, Investment Bank, Bank, Fund or Financial Institute of relevant working experience extremely helpful

REQUIREMENTS:
- Under 40 ages
- 100% excellent in Financial English
- Good PC using skill
