About Us:
We are a high-end car (Porsche) 4S dealer in Zhengzhou city (the capital of Henan Province), now our business is developing very fast.
In order to improve the quality of our customer service, we’re in great need of a foreign customer service representative to join our company, and develop with us.
Job Position: Customer Service and Customer Experience Specialist
Work Place: Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province
Job Description:
1/ Receive, greet and guide visiting customers
2/ Provide customers with drinks, cakes and other necessary items
3/ Lunch service for some guests (not cooking)

Job Requirements:
1/ Someone with customer service experience is preferred
2/ Very good English ability, native level or close to native level
3/ Have service consciousness, carefulness, enthusiasm and generosity
4/ You must be easy-going and easy to communicate
5/ Like Chinese culture, can speak some Chinese
6/ female preferred (sorry for this, this requirement is very common in China)
